The various products being provided will be updated from time to time. The Company also reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue provision of any of the products at its sole judgment. TERMINATION

Our products are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your use or access to all or part of the site or your account or membership, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms of Use. If at any time, we notify you that your access to and/or use of the site or your account is terminated, you must cease and desist from all such access and/or use immediately. We reserve the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order if fraud is suspected.

You shall be liable to pay for any service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.

VARIATION IN PRODUCTS

In the case of Ready To Eat & Packaged Food products, the product may vary 10-15% from its description. For this, we are not supposed to be held responsible by the members.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
